Eine Stornierung durch den Teilnehmer aus wichtigen Gründen mehr als 21 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn ist ohne Stornogebühr möglich. Erfolgt eine Stornierung zwischen 21 und 7 Tagen vor Beginn der Veranstaltung, wird ein Stornobetrag von 50% des Seminarpreises zzgl. MwSt. pro Seminar erhoben. Bei Stornierung weniger als 7 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn oder bei Nichterscheinen des Teilnehmers wird der volle Seminarpreis zzgl. MwSt. erhoben.
Die Academy kann aufgrund höherer Gewalt oder unvorhersehbaren Ereignissen, die es unmöglich machen eine Schulung stattfinden zu lassen, kurzfristig Schulungen stornieren.
Die Academy wird in solch einem Fall selbstverständlich dem Teilnehmer einen passenden Ersatztermin anbieten. Regressansprüche durch den Teilnehmer können nicht gestellt werden.
A cancellation by the participant for important reasons more than 21 days before the start of the event is possible without cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made between 21 and 7 days before the start of the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the seminar price will be charged per seminar plus VAT.
In case of cancellation less than 3 days before the start of the event or if the participant fails to attend, the full seminar price will be charged plus VAT.
The Academy may cancel training courses at short notice due to force majeure or unforeseeable events that make it impossible to hold a training course. In such a case, the academy will of course offer the participant a suitable alternative date.
The participant has no right of recourse.
